Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and travel arrangements made through our company. By booking, you agree to the followinG:

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

All reservations/bookings must be made in writing – by email. The Client is obliged to provide all information required for the reservation process.

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the service. For bookings made within 30 days of the trip start, the Client must pay the full amount at the time of booking.

Payment Options (US Clients):

  1. Direct bank transfer (our account details will be provided upon booking)
  2. Bank Payment with Barcode (QR Code)
  • We can provide a QR code to facilitate secure and convenient payment.
  • Clients can scan the QR code using their banking app or present it at their bank to complete the payment.
  • Ensures a fast, secure, and error-free transaction.
    1. Credit/Debit Card Payments (payment link will be sent by email)
  • Payments can be made using major credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
  • If your card allows it, the total amount can be paid in installments through your bank, no extra fees for you, we get the full payment right away.

Once the deposit is received, guests will receive a confirmation email with booking details and any necessary information for the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be in writing (email) and confirmed by our agency.
Cancellation fees per person (percentage of the total package price):

  • 60 or more days before arrival: 10%
  • 59 – 22 days before arrival: 25%
  • 21 – 15 days before arrival: 50%
  • 14 – 8 days before arrival: 80%
  • 7 – 0 days before arrival: 100%
  • No-show: 100%

 

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

Tour itineraries may change depending on the group’s abilities and preferences, weather conditions, water levels, acts of God, special events, and similar factors.
For the safety and comfort of the Client, we reserve the right to alter the program without prior notice.
In case of cancellation, the Client will be informed as soon as possible and the following options will be offered:
a) The Client may accept a new departure date.
b) The Client may cancel the booking and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
The Client is obliged to inform us of their decision within 7 days of receiving the offer.

 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client is obliged to:

  • have valid travel documents;
  • respect all customs and currency regulations of the destination country;
  • inform us of any disabilities or restrictions that may affect enjoyment of the tour;
  • provide proof of payment for the service;
  • check whether a visa is required for Croatia or neighboring countries if travel through them is included;
  • failure to follow these rules makes the Client responsible for any resulting costs or damages.

By confirming a reservation, the Client agrees to pay for any damages they may cause.

CLIENT INSURANCE

We kindly request all guests to secure their own travel insurance prior to arrival, including health and accident coverage. Although medical care in Croatian healthcare facilities is significantly more affordable than in the United States, the agency cannot assume responsibility for personal medical expenses or other unforeseen circumstances during the trip. Therefore, appropriate travel insurance is essential for a safe and worry-free experience for all guests.

Travel insurance or other insurance from a reliable company in the country of residence is mandatory. There are usually several main types of travel insurance, often combined into a single package:

  1. Travel Medical Insurance
  • Covers emergency medical care, hospitalization, doctor visits, and treatment during the trip.
  • May include repatriation in case of serious illness or medical transport.
  • Some packages may cover treatment of chronic conditions in emergency situations.
  1. Accident Insurance
  • Pays compensation in case of injury or death during the trip.
  • Often combined with medical insurance.
  1. Baggage & Personal Belongings Insurance
  • Covers loss, theft, or damage to luggage.
  • Sometimes includes essential items such as travel documents or electronic devices.
  1. Trip Cancellation / Interruption Insurance
  • Reimburses costs or covers expenses if you must cancel or interrupt your trip due to illness, accident, death of a family member, natural disasters, or unexpected events.
  • Often sold as an add-on to basic travel insurance.

 

HEALTH AND SAFETY

  • Croatia has a modern and well-organized healthcare system. In case of minor issues, your crew can assist and help you access medical services.
  • Guests are responsible for any medical expenses incurred during the trip.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Our company provides professional services, experienced skippers, and organized tours.
  • Guests are responsible for following safety instructions and local regulations during the trip.

 

CHANGES TO THE ITINERARY

  • The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather conditions, safety reasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Guests must follow safety instructions and local regulations during the trip.

 

ONBOARD COOKING & RESTAURANT DINING POLICY

  • Cooking on board is not permitted for safety, hygiene and comfort reasons.
  • Dinner must be arranged in a restaurant for overnight tours as this allows us to secure official mooring spots at private restaurant docks. Guests are free to chose the restaurant they wish to dine at and we will confirm whether thet location is accessible and available.

 

LIABILITY INSURANCE

  • The company is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • The Company shall not be liable for any delays or cancellations caused by force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, mechanical failures), nor for any personal injury or property damage resulting from failure to comply with safety instructions.

 

PERSONAL DATA SECURITY

  • The Client voluntarily provides personal data necessary for processing booked services.
    Data will not be shared with third parties except for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., trip cancellation insurance, accident and illness insurance, lost luggage insurance).
